Modular Environment - Old haunted basement

Old abandoned basement created from scratch as several modular pieces. There's a story behing this environment. A familar looking gentleman is giving the owner od this basement a weird book. During his study the book makes him to pray to the living statue of Cthulhu which in the end drives him into madness and ending his life. The tipped chair and cut rope above are marks of the place of his last minutes.
There is custom shader on vertex paint with darker brick and dusty plaster. Some props are bought and some taken from old projects. Onle element on this scen was generated photo of a man beeing given a book by HPL. All screens captured in Unity.
